The seller has the right to change prices, terms and conditions at any time.

You can pay in the Velvedean e-shop via the Maksekeskus payment solution.

After the payment is confirmed, we will send an order confirmation to the entered email address.

Personal data is used to serve the customers of the e-shop and for marketing purposes.

Personal data is processed to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. accounting and consumer dispute resolution).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders ship within a few days after payment is received. In rare cases, delays may occur.

Within Estonia we deliver via SmartPosti; international orders ship with a suitable courier partner. 

Shipping across EU is free.

International shipping costs €35.

RETURNS

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

Returns within Estonia and the EU are free of charge.

For non-EU international orders, the return is the buyer’s responsibility, including any associated costs.

Condition of returned items
Items must be unworn, clean, with tags, in original packaging. Non-compliant returns may be refused.

Exceptions: Gift cards are non-returnable and not exchangeable for cash
