Products can be tried by ordering them; in-person fittings are not available. If a product is not suitable, you can return or exchange it free of charge.
What should I do if the gold drawstring tip comes off?
If the gold drawstring tip comes off, it can easily be reattached. If the tip has been lost, please contact us and we will send you a new one.
